CPM Group ships all books and long term reports via UPS Ground from New York. CPM group will ship orders within 48 hours of receiving the order and it should take 3-5 business days, depending on the destination and its proximity to our offices.
When purchasing subscriptions to the Monthly Advisories and Weekly Market Views, please note that these are electronic subscriptions. CPM will distribute the product via e-mail in PDF format when the research is released. When purchasing these subscriptions through the store, you can download the most recent edition of the publication after check out.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
CPM does not accept returns of annual yearbooks or long term reports. If your item was damaged or received in a non-satisfactory condition, please contact CPM and we will exchange the merchandise.
CPM bills customers for all subscriptions up front on an annual basis. If you have special circumstances that require you to prematurely cancel a subscription, CPM will evaluate the circumstances on a case by case basis and may issue a credit for a partial refund.
